E1950 per night out of season for the whole unit (sleeps 6).
E2450 per night in season for the whole unit (sleeps 6).
Cleaning during your stay is not included but can be provided at R320 for weekdays and R450 for weekends and public holidays.
Payment and cancellation policy: 100% payment is required at booking.
Cancellation: More than 7 days before occupation: Full refund.
7 days or less before occupation: Non-refundable (except in special circumstances at the sole discretion of Aloe There).

* No smoking in the chalets
* Absolutely NO SPEAKERS or NOISE or PARTIES or EVENTS at the chalets or the communal pool
* No pets allowed

Terms & Conditions
If there are any changes to confirmed arrangements by Aloe There, due to reasons beyond our control we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason, we are unable to provide you with the accommodation you have booked, we will refund the amount paid to us, but we will not be liable for any charges for travel arrangements or any other consequential losses which may arise.
We reserve the right to change the room rate at any time and without notice. However the rate will not change once the payment has been received.
Check-in and check-out: Check-in times after 2:00 pm and preferably before 8.00 pm.
Check-out: before 10:00 am on the day of departure (but talk to us for special arrangements).
Smoking/Pets/Noise: No smoking in the Chalets. Extreme caution should be taken regarding smoking, the fireplace and braai fires to avoid fire hazards. Strictly no pets are allowed on the property. Guests should understand that parties or undue noise are absolutely not acceptable and noise after 10pm is not allowed. Fines may be imposed.
Liability: The owners of the property do not accept any liability for loss of, or damage to, any valuables or property belonging to guests or their visitors. It is the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival at Aloe There. This includes, but is not limited to, photographic equipment, laptops or other electronic devices, jewelry, cash and vehicles.
General Indemnity: Whilst the property owners have taken every care to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions, Aloe There or the property owners do not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to property, no matter what the cause, is experienced by a guest, or visitors of a guest, whilst enjoying our accommodation.
Aloe There management and the property owners cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, of whatever nature, sustained by a guest or guests’ visitors; whether such injuries were sustained by: Negligence or wrongful act of the owner, negligence or wrongful act of anyone employed by the owner or any other person on the premises, defective functioning of any apparatus or appliance of the owner/management.
NB There is un-fenced open water on the property. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure the safety of their children or visitors children or handicapped persons.
Loss or Damage: Should Aloe There or the property owners suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly. Guests will be held liable for all costs related to the replacement of any items damaged by the guests or their visitors.
All guests of Aloe There Unit 24 agree to comply with the Greenway Woods Resort Rules.
